Will it fit my shower?
VORIQUA uses a G1/2 (½" BSP) connection and includes a US connection adapter designed for common US shower connections. It installs between your existing shower connection and shower hose without modifying your plumbing. If you're unsure about compatibility, you can watch the installation video on our Installation & Use page or email a clear photo of your shower connection to [email protected] before ordering.
How does it create foam?
VORIQUA automatically mixes water with your selected body wash or shampoo during use. Turn on the water first, select your product, then switch on Foam Mode to deliver rich foam through the shower head.
Can I use my own body wash and shampoo?
Yes. The two independent reservoirs let you use your preferred body wash and shampoo separately. Use the top selector to choose which one you want to use.
Does it require a plumber?
No. Installation is designed around standard shower connections and does not require cutting or modifying your plumbing. Simply connect the included US adapter and follow the installation guide. If you choose the Essential kit, you can use compatible existing shower hoses; the Complete Shower Kit includes inlet and outlet shower hoses.
Does VORIQUA need a power outlet, and how long does the battery last?
VORIQUA is battery powered, so no bathroom power outlet is required. The rechargeable battery can be removed from the unit for charging. With normal use, a full charge can last approximately 1–2 months when Foam Mode is used for about 1 minute per day. Clear Water Mode does not consume battery power.
How long does delivery take?

What types of water heaters are compatible with VORIQUA?
VORIQUA is compatible with storage-tank gas water heaters and storage-tank electric water heaters. Most tankless or on-demand water heaters are generally not compatible because the reduced water flow in Foam Mode may cause the heater to stop heating. If you are unsure which type of water heater you have, please send a photo to [email protected] before ordering so we can help confirm compatibility.
How long does the foam cycle last?
For energy efficiency, each Foam Mode cycle is designed to run for approximately 20 seconds—enough to cover the body with foam—then stops automatically. If you need more foam, switch back to Clear Water Mode first, then activate Foam Mode again.
Is the shower machine water-resistant, and can it be used in the shower area?
Yes. The shower machine is designed for use in the shower area and features an IPX4 water-resistant design for protection against normal shower splashes. The rechargeable battery is removable and should be taken out of the shower area for charging. Never charge the battery in the shower area. Do not submerge the shower machine in water.
Do I need to dilute my body wash or shampoo first?
No. There is no need to pre-mix your body wash or shampoo with water. Add the liquid directly to its reservoir and VORIQUA mixes it with water automatically during Foam Mode.
