Returned items must be in their original condition and include the product and all components supplied with the selected kit. Items that are damaged through misuse, altered, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue so we can review it and provide next steps.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
